What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Do you offer custom printing?
Yes! We offer custom printing including logos, brand colors, and full-color designs on most of our products. Our design team can help you create eye-catching packaging.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across Asia and are expanding our international delivery network. Contact us to discuss shipping to your region and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Are your products food-safe certified?
Absolutely. All our products meet international food safety standards including FDA (USA), EU regulations, and SGS certification. We maintain ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications.
How long does production take?
Standard orders are typically produced within 15-20 business days. Custom printed orders may take 25-30 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes, we encourage customers to request samples. We provide free samples of our standard products. Shipping costs for international sample shipments may apply.
