Our Story

Founded with a vision to provide the food industry with packaging that combines quality, safety, and affordability, PoniPack has grown from a small operation into a trusted name in food packaging across more than 50 countries.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taoyuan, Taiwan uses advanced production techniques — including solar-powered operations and proprietary equipment capable of processing 100% recycled materials.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product but starts as low as 1,000 pieces for standard items. For custom printing, the minimum is typically 5,000 pieces. Contact us for specific product MOQs.

Do you offer custom printing?

Yes! We offer custom printing including logos, brand colors, and full-color designs on most of our products. Our design team can help you create eye-catching packaging.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide including the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and across Europe and Southeast Asia. We work with reliable logistics partners for door-to-door delivery.

Are your products food-safe certified?

Absolutely. All our products meet international food safety standards including FDA (USA), EU regulations, and SGS certification. We maintain ISO 9001 and HACCP certifications.

How long does production take?

Standard orders are typically produced within 15-20 business days. Custom printed orders may take 25-30 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request.

Can I request samples before ordering?

Yes, we encourage customers to request samples. We provide free samples of our standard products. Shipping costs for international sample shipments may apply.
